Gateways Responds to Changes in Plan Management Landscape

As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional services aligned with our strategic objectives, Gateways announces an important update regarding our Plan Management services.

Effective 30 June 2025, Gateways will discontinue offering Plan Management services. This decision follows a thorough evaluation of our programs and aligns with our focus on delivering high-quality person-centred services where our expertise best serves our community.

This change also reflects the outcomes of the recent NDIS Review, which anticipates future reforms to the role of plan managers, aiming to reduce administrative overhead and direct more funding toward participant services.

For over 40 years, Gateways has been dedicated to supporting people with disabilities and additional needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care and assistance. While Plan Management plays an important role in the NDIS landscape, its administrative nature does not fully align with Gateways’ core service offerings.

To support our clients through this transition, we are committed to ensuring choice and continuity of service. Clients are encouraged to explore plan management options via the NDIS Find a Provider tool. Additionally, Gateways has partnered with My Plan Manager, a specialist provider, as an alternative option to ensure minimal disruption.

Gateways remains focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred services that make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support.
