Individual Support for Children and Teenagers

Gateways provides a range of in-home and community-based disability supports in the Geelong and Western Melbourne regions.

The Interchange Host Buddy Program provides individual support by matching a child with a disability with a volunteer. Gateways also offers Getaway House, where children with a disability and/or complex health need can stay overnight in Warrnambool.

Please visit our Recreation & Activities pages to view our range of group based recreational programs, which also provide an opportunity for family and carers to have respite from their caring role.
