Getaway House

 

Getaway House is a five-bedroom homely environment located in Warrnambool, where children and young adults can come for a short-term stay and provide families/carers with a break from their caring roles.

Getaway House staff

Staff at Getaway House are warm hearted and highly skilled professionals who ensure all children and young people have an enjoyable and supported time during their stay. 

Accessibility and facilities 

Participants with mobility impairments are well catered for with hoisting facilities, wide corridors and open spaces to accommodate
wheelchairs and other mobility aids provided. There is also a wheelchair accessible vehicle on site.

Skill development 

Getaway House provides a supported environment where participants can develop their social skills, independent living skills whilst
having fun and make new friends!

School pick up and drop off

Getaway House can offer school/program drop off or pick up in the Warrnambool area.
