Rohan Braddy

Rohan Braddy is an experienced and qualified leader who, in addition to his role of CEO of Gateways, serves as President of National Disability Services. Rohan has extensive expertise in running successful not-for-profit businesses, the NDIS and across the key services that Gateways provides.

Rohan strongly believes in empowering people by providing trauma informed disability supports that are person-centred and proactively promote human rights. Rohan is a fierce advocate for the concept of choice and control, and actively supports a culture of zero tolerance to any form of abuse or neglect. Rohan’s leadership centres on strategic outcomes and prioritising people through attracting top talent and nurturing employee success.
