Making friends at our girls’ weekend camp in Daylesford!
We believe in bringing people together and creating special moments. One of our recent camps was a “girls’” weekend in Daylesford, where the focus was all about making new friends, relaxing, and having fun as a group.
Pampering and relaxing together
The weekend kicked off with a pampering session. Everyone got to try face masks, manicures, and pedicures. Tammy, one of the lovely ladies at the camp, shared her thoughts:
“It was great having a girls’ weekend as I got to relax and feel comfortable talking about girly things with the girls.”
Cooking dinner as a team
We believe that the best way to bond is through food! The group cooked dinner together, laughing and chatting as they prepared the meal. Working as a team made everyone feel connected and comfortable.
Movie night fun
After dinner, the group got cosy for a movie night! They watched a fun chick flick, shared popcorn, and relaxed together. It was a chance to unwind and enjoy each other’s company.
High tea and crafting
One of the favourite parts of the weekend was a fancy high tea. The women enjoyed tea, sweet treats, and conversations, all in a warm and friendly setting. They also spent an afternoon crafting special keepsakes to remember their time together.
Spa morning to relax
On the final day, the group visited the Hepburn Bath House for a spa retreat. Surrounded by warm waters and peaceful scenery, they took the time to relax together. It was the perfect way to end the weekend, leaving everyone feeling calm and happy.
Friendships that last
The best part of the camp wasn’t just participating in the activities but the friendships that were made. Bryonie, who attended, said:
“Yes, I made lots of friends and still talk to them via messenger. We reach out and talk to each other.”
