Ashley’s journey in the community services sector is marked by his extensive work with some of Ballarat’s most vulnerable populations. His experience spans a variety of critical areas, including youth residential programs, Out Of Home Care, homelessness services, criminal justice, and mental health advocacy. This diverse background equips Ashley uniquely to provide empathetic, informed, and effective support to our clients.
A passionate advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, Ashley has also led projects that address the specific needs and challenges faced by this group, further enriching his expertise and outreach.
