Gateways Christmas and New Year’s services
With Christmas just around the corner, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank you – our participants, families and supporters – for making 2019 another successful year for Gateways.
On a personal note, it has been an absolute privilege to join the Gateways family this year and to experience the incredible dedication and passion of a team driven to deliver the best quality customised support to children and adults with autism, intellectual disability and complex behaviours.
While Christmas and New Year is often a time for rest and rejuvenation, we will still have some services running and would like to advise you of these dates for the summer break period.
All Gateways offices will be closed from 3pm on Tuesday 24 December until Thursday 2 January, 2020.
Support Coordination
While Support Coordination is closed during this time, please refer to the contacts list provided to you by your support coordinator.
Financial Plan Management
Invoices submitted by 20 December will be paid before the office closes for the year. Otherwise, there will be only limited processing and payments before 3 January, 2020.
Recreation Programs
Our School Holiday Recreation Program runs 6 – 24 January. For enquiries and cancellations after 3 January, please contact the recreation team on 5292 9200 or email recreation@gateways.com.au. Details of Term 1 programs will be posted soon.
Getaway House – Warrnambool
Getaway House will close from 11am on Tuesday 24 December and reopen at 2pm on Thursday 2 January. There are still spots available at the house over summer. To inquire or make a booking, please contact Tara Cadzow during office hours on (03) 5221 2984 or email tara.cadzow@gateways.com.au.
