Gateways selected to help deliver extra NDIS transition support in Western Melbourne
The Andrews Labor Government has committed an additional $7.2 million over 2017-18 and 2018-19 for NDIS transition support.
Gateways has been selected as a provider for NDIS transition support for Early Childhood Intervention Services (ECIS) for Brimbank Melton and Western Melbourne.
The funding will deliver an additional 591 fixed term places overall from January 2018 to June 2018. Gateways tended successfully to gain funding to provide 28 places, 13 in the Brimbank Melton area and 15 places in Western Melbourne.
Gateways CEO, Rosemary Malone said: ” I’m delighted by the expansion of early childhood intervention services in areas with high need, such as Western Melbourne, Brimbank and Melton, and am excited we’re establishing a new office in Werribee this week”.
